• Please carry a valid ID proof/Passport along with you. (Without any valid ID passengers are not allowed to board)
• Pre-arranged private transfers from centrally located Hotels/Residences in Dubai
• Private Transfers are available only from centrally located Hotels/Residences in Dubai (Deira Dubai, Bur Dubai, Shaikh Zayed, Dubai Marina).
• Pick-up from Areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
• Offering you experiences with social distancing in mind.
• Allowing you to relax, recharge, and unwind while enjoying the ultimate in social distancing on the largest Yacht in UAE with the health and safety of all guests the absolute priority.
• Below 18 years of age are not allowed on Fridays.
• Boarding Time - 07:00 PM
• Departure Time - 07:30 PM
• The dinner cruise may operate in Lotus or Desert Rose depending on the availability. For the change in boarding location, our team will inform you 24 hours prior to avoid any confusion.
• Minimum 2 guests are required in case private transfers are selected.
• Pets Not Allowed.
• Not wheelchair accessible.
• Before Photographing any local residents, kindly ask their permission.
• Photographing local ladies is not permitted.
• Meals are based on food only basis, any beverages (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) will be charged as per consumption and are to be paid directly on the spot.
• The entire activity lasts 3 hours, which includes the pickup and drop-off service.

Cancellation Policy

• You can get a full refund if you cancel 7 days before the experience.
• You must cancel at least 7 days before the experience's start time to receive a complete refund.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before the commencement of the activity, you will not entitle to claim a refund.
• Any changes made less than 7 days before the commencement of the experience will be rejected.
• Cut-off times are depending on the local time of the experience.
• This activity necessitates favorable weather. If it is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be given a new date or a full refund.
• Within 7-10 business days, your entire refund will be credited to your account/card.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between the ages of 3 to 10 years will be considered children and will be charged a child rate.
• Children above the age of 10 years will be considered an adult and will be charged an adult rate.
